Meet Dr. Arielle Jordan, a licensed clinical professional counselor and national certified counselor with over eight years of experience helping people heal from life’s toughest challenges. As the owner of Mindset Quality, a telehealth private practice, Dr. Jordan specializes in guiding clients through PTSD, grief, and trauma with proven, effective methods like EMDR therapy.

As an Army Veteran and expert in resilience, Dr. Jordan understands firsthand how difficult it can be to navigate life’s hurdles. Her unique perspective combines lived experience with extensive training, making her an approachable, compassionate partner in your healing journey. Before starting her private practice, Dr. Jordan worked with active-duty soldiers at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, helping them tackle some of life’s biggest mental health hurdles.

She has also counseled people overcoming substance use challenges, led self-esteem groups for kids and teens, and worked with families, couples, and adults dealing with trauma.
